SMALL/CLEAR BAG POLICY: Small bags, backpacks, and fanny packs are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are clear and are 12”x6”x12” or smaller.  smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 6”x9” or smaller do not have to be clear.  Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome.

There are no COVID tests or vaccinations required for entry. We will have a security check at each of our checkpoints when you come out to the festival. Everyone must go through the Checkpoints.

ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA

There will be accessible viewing area made available to ADA patrons in the pavilion. This area is reserved at all times for patrons with mobility impairments plus one companion. Please note this area has limited capacity and we recommend patrons arrive early before the set they’d wish to see. For more information on how to gain access to these areas, please email info@33westevents.com.

Accessible Viewing Area Policies:

  • Companions may be asked to stand in the back if capacity is reached
  • Patrons and companions may not smoke in these areas
  • Patrons may not save spots
  • Do not block the view of the guests behind you
  • Seating is first come, first served

 

ADA PARKING

There will be limited ADA parking spots for guests with disabilities in any parking lot. Follow the signs and parking attendants will assist you. ADA Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

 

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities, but please be aware that this is a large venue. The event is held outdoors with necessary travel over natural terrain including grass, dirt and if it should rain, mud.  Additionally there are some small hills inside the venue. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and three/four-wheeled scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are permitted as well to be brought in to the event.

We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals. Please make arrangements beforehand if you should need a wheelchair at the festival.

Our Concierge Team would be happy to answer all questions at the venue! We have a tent set up near the entrance full of great people who are there to help! 

We are an All-Ages Festival!

All Patrons under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Campsites must be rented by people over the age of 18 years old. No exceptions. IDs will be checked for authenticity.

Children 3 years and older must have their own ticket for entry. 

Only those with camping or lodging wristbands may leave & re-enter the venue. 

You may purchase additional camping wristbands for your campsite.

Lodging wristbands will only be given to paying customers at our preferred lodging locations.

No, only approved and licensed vendors are allowed inside the festival. This will be strictly enforced by security.

Gates to the concert open at 4pm on Friday 6/21/24 & at 1:30pm on Saturday 6/22/24.

Camper Parking begins at 8am on Friday 6/21/24.

Parking is first come first served & can be purchased at the gate. All money collected from parking is donated to The Ava Ray Foundation, which helps support families in Allen County, OH who are experiencing time in the NICU.

No, you do not! However, you will miss out on a fun time! You can always stay elsewhere and commute to the festival each day.

Yes! For everyone’s safety, we do have a limit on how many passes & camping spots we have available. It’s best to purchase early so that you do not miss out!

CAMPING INFORMATION

You’ll be able to purchase starting Fri, March 29th at 8amET (hint: or get earlier access when signing up for our newsletter on our homepage) 🙂

Camping spots are 1st come 1st served. Please arrive in groups if you would like to park next to a specific patron. There will be absolutely no saving campsites for other guests. All vehicles for camping will enter on the NORTH END of the Venue.

  • You will go through a checkpoint before entering the campgrounds.
  • Security will be conducting brief vehicle searches for weapons at each checkpoint, this is to ensure the safety of all of our fans at the festival.
  • Please be ready to show your festival wristbands &/or camping passes.

All camping prices listed are per campsite (not per person) and good for the whole weekend. Each campsite comes with (2) wristbands. You may purchase additional camping wristbands for your campsite for $15/each. Limit of 8 people per campsite in total.

Sorry, no pets allowed on the grounds.

You must purchase a camping wristband and have it registered to your friend’s campsite. 

Your vehicle may stay in our parking lot. However, you may not stay in your vehicle after curfew (11:59pm).

Yes! You can go visit your friends at any time so long as you have a camping wristband!
Our general rule is one steering-wheel per campsite (example: a self-driving camping unit or car). Any additional vehicles would need to have a parking pass.
No. Camp fires are not permitted on the grounds.
Our policy is that you may only have 1 steering wheel per campsite (whether that be your car or camping unit). If your camping unit has a steering wheel, you will need to purchase a parking pass for your extra car. If your camping unit does not have a steering wheel, you may park your car on your campsite.

The campground opens Friday 6/21/24 at 8am and all campers must be out by noon (12pm) on Sunday 06/23/24.

Country Rumble Music Festival is about community and as we continue to encourage our fans to be kind to each other, we strongly urge everyone to participate in a buddy system. It’s important that fans look out for one another, always have a buddy with you If you need assistance or have questions over festival weekend:

1. Country Rumble Music Festival has a strict policy against firearms and weapons of any kind on the property (including campgrounds and festival grounds). No weapons of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to guns, knives, axes, hatchets or baseball bats. This policy applies to everyone, including those with a concealed carry permit.

No weapons of any kind are permitted. Leave them at home. You will not be permitted to enter the grounds with a weapon.

Please check your campers and your vehicles before you leave your house. DO NOT BRING GUNS OR ANY WEAPONS to the festival. You will not be permitted entry. Depending on the circumstances, you may also face legal consequences. It’s not worth the risk to bring a firearm or weapon to the festival.

2. Limit of one steering wheel per campsite, and all camping units must be at least 4′ from all other camping units.

3. Max of 8 people and 1 camping unit (camper OR tent) per campsite.

4. No open fires or fire rings are permitted.

5. No open pit, charcoal fires are permitted. Small camping stoves and small propane BBQ’s are permitted.

6. Fire lanes must remain open at all times.

7. Do not walk along the major roads surrounding Country Rumble Music Festival property at any time, and be aware of any traffic when walking within the property. 

8. Tent and awning stakes must be marked & covered.

9. Severe Weather: 33 West Productions & Country Rumble Music Festival are focused on the safety of its patrons, employees and service partners. As such, we may have to shut down festival aspects during periods of severe weather. Please plan accordingly to give yourself enough time to get to a safe place in the case of severe weather.

10. Generators: When utilizing a generator, please be considerate of your neighbors and operate your generator safely. Remember to read your owner’s manual, and always double check that both your carbon monoxide and fire detectors are functioning properly before you camp!
Your generator should be outdoors, far from any structure and properly grounded. When operating your generator, plug equipment directly into the generator, and DO NOT plug the generator into a wall outlet. Between uses, give your generator time to cool off before refueling. Please “pipe up” internal generators reducing noise and diverting exhaust fumes above the RV and away from your neighbor’s camping area. For free-standing generators, a “muffle box” can reduce noise and direct exhaust away from fellow campers. All generators are the sole responsibility of their owners. Carbon monoxide detectors and fire detectors save lives. Don’t forget to pack one for your campsite and ensure they are working properly before you head to the campground!

11. No private atvs, bicycles, golf carts, motorcycles, off road vehicles, rental trucks, semi-trailers allowed.

12. Reflectors are required on ADA scooters & wheelchairs.

13. No fireworks, sky lanterns, candle balloons, flags, bonfires or pit fires.

14. No drones or unmanned aircraft of any kind are allowed.

15. Sorry, no pets.

16. No joyrides in the campground.

If you or members of your group are removed from the camping facilities by security for violation of any festival policy/rule, vehicles may be removed at owner’s expense.

Golf carts are NOT permitted at the venue.

Yes for guests who are age 21+. No open containers or alcohol consumption will be allowed in the public areas or on the roads. Any drinking under 21 years of age is prohibited on festival property. Please drink responsibly.
We do not have the ability to reserve camping spots at this time. We encourage our campers to plan accordingly and arrive to the venue together to ensure you are slotted next to each other.
No. Anyone planning to camp will also need to purchase a festival pass in order to enter the campgrounds.

That is correct. No coolers are permitted inside the venue.

No. We do not allow patrons to bring in outside food or beverages with the exception to (1) factory sealed plastic water bottle.

Yes, we will have a limited number of pre-charged portable chargers available for our patrons to use. We take a $40 cash deposit for the charger and return the money in full once the charger is returned. Chargers must be returned by the end of the night (11pm) for full refund.

Yes, we do sell alcohol to guests who are ages 21+ only. Make sure you have an approved, valid picture ID (expired ID will not be accepted). You must visit our 21+ wristband booth to receive a wristband before purchasing any alcohol at the festival. Please drink responsibly. Acceptable forms of ID: 

  • US or Canadian driver’s license

  • Military ID
  • Valid passport
  • Mexican consular ID card
  • US passport card

Yes! Your stroller is subject to inspection at the entrance gate. You would be surprised by what people hide behind their kiddos!

Yes, but please advise security at check-ins and they will call a member from our medical team to assist you further.

Lucky for you, the entire viewing area is underneath a covered pavilion! With that said, umbrellas are not permitted as they could poke someone in the eyes or block the viewing of the stage for others behind you.

PASSES/WRISTBAND INFORMATION

Passes go on sale to the public on Friday March 29th, 2024 at 8am ET. (hint: sign up for our email list and you will have early access to purchasing passes/camping spots. Early access will begin Thursday 3/28/24 @ 8am ET)

Yes, everyone needs a festival pass to be on site.

All sales are final. Reselling of tickets are strictly prohibited. We suggest finding a relative or friend to gift the passes to in a situation like this. 

Yes, if tickets are not sold out & while supplies last. We encourage you to purchase tickets ahead of time as ticket prices will increase day of show.

You will need to provide the broken wristband to our Concierge Team located in the middle of the festival to have the wristband replaced. Replacement wristbands are $10. If you lost your wristband, we will need to see a confirmation email of the purchase and will be subjected to the $10 replacement fee.

No, we cannot verify if any passes purchased from other people/3rd party websites are legit. Country Rumble Music Festival can only confirm legitimacy of tickets that are purchased from our website https://33westevents.com/boxoffice. Our ticketing platform for this festival is Hometown Ticketing.

No, you can always come back and purchase your camping spot or vice versa. While supplies last!

No, we email all festival & camping passes. You are to either print off or have the email on a smart phone to redeem your passes. We suggest taking a screenshot of the email as a back up, in the event that cell phone reception is down.

No, all wristbands must stay on for the entirety of the festival. Patrons caught sliding off their wristbands will be escorted out of the festival.
